3D CAD DESIGN & DRAFTING, CFD & FEA
Premier Air Solutions can provide 3D CAD design services and drafting services using SOLIDWORKS on a contract basis. We also have FEA (SOLIDWORKS Simulation) and CFD (SOLIDWORKS Flow Simulation) capabilities.
OEM DESIGN
HVAC: We provide design services for OEM HVAC systems. This includes evaporator and condenser coil sizing and design, total refrigeration system balancing, supply air fan/blower sizing, condenser fan sizing, and 3D CAD design for systems.
Mechanical Design: We provide design services for brackets and connectors for airline ground support equipment.

CERTIFICATION SERVICES
We have experience in working with several certification bodies and can provide consulting solutions for many of your certification needs. We have experience with UL1995/CSA 22.2 No. 236-11 (4th Edition), UL1203 (5th Edition), and ANSI 12.12.01-2015. Additionally, we can provide consulting services for CE certifications including the ATEX Directive.
BUILDING LOAD SIZING
